Veterinarian in Becker A Mille Lacs Veterinary Group Affiliate

Compassionate and caring staff!  Others may say it – but the Becker veterinary staff shows it! After years of caring for my blind and deaf dog with diabetes, her bladder started to become weak. Although she was still leading a “somewhat” good quality life and was happy, I was exhausted from caring for her.  Dr. Crawford knew my heart and soul were torn with the thought of putting her to rest because “I” was tired, so she spent extra time consoling me and reassuring me that whatever choice “I” made was ok.  It was “OK” for me to put her to rest at her old age, she had a good long life and “I” had done everything I could all those years.  Without her additional empathy and reassuring, I may have made a decision that I would not have felt comfortable with for years after.  Dr. Crawford’s dedication and devotion to her clients and their pets has earned her my 100% confidence in all she says and does!

Our family has used Becker Vet Clinic for our veterinary needs since 2000, when we moved to Becker from the Twin Cities.  The level of care, concern and professionalism shown by the Vets and the staff are beyond compare.  We know we can count on the Vets and staff to be thorough and thoughtful during emergencies or routine checkups to properly diagnose what is ailing our pets.  Whatever malady our dogs encounter, our first stop will always be the Becker Vet Clinic.

This was our first time to this clinic and even thought it was out of the ordinary due to the current (COVID-19) situation, staff was very friendly and professional and the cost for services was great.  Thanks you, we will be bringing all of our pets to this vet clinic. 

The doctor’s at Becker Vet Clinic are loving and care about your pet like they are their own.  They don’t push testing on you and explain everything in detail to you and ask if you want testing done and explain how much things will cost before doing anything.  Love it there. 

They do a wonderful job of greeting both owner and pet.  Staff are friendly and compassionate.

Dr. Crawford, whom we always see, is so thorough and her compassion, gentleness and sense of humor (as this pet mom has silly stories to tell of the adventures at our house) is always appreciated with all my heart.  (The staff) are fantastic.  Many of the people have been there years, even 15 plus.  It’s so nice to see familiar faces when I bring my furry family members in.  These people have become part of our family. 

Dr. Crawford always takes care to listen and thoroughly address questions and concerns.  When she examines and provides care/treatment plans, I believe she does this at the same high standards she would provide to her own/family pets.  We feel valued by Becker Veterinary Clinic.  All the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable.  We’ve experienced “above and beyond” care and compassion as the norm... 

I just love how all my options are clearly laid out, how much they will cost, any alternatives available, and then I am allowed to decide with no pressure and no sense of disapproval if I choose not to do any of the suggested treatments. 

We are so pleased with the service.  The ladies answering the phones are so kind.  Doctors are caring.  Everyone is SO thorough.  Seriously love the care we always receive!! 

Dr. Kivisto and the entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.  I will be coming back for all my vet needs.
