Dr. Rochelle Fredrick
Dr. Rochelle Fredrick is a small animal veterinarian that joined our Foley team in 2012. She grew up in the St. Cloud area, received a Bachelor of Arts in biology at Gustavus Adolphus College in 1997, and graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. She has a special interest in surgery and emergency medicine. She enjoys adventure travel, photography, and a good book. She lives with her husband, 2 children, Mango (a Tibetan Terrier), Cherry (a terrier mix), and Lemon Squirt (a long-haired cat).
Dr. Alicia Murphy
Dr. Alicia Murphy grew up in Carthage, New York and graduated from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2019. Before that she completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from State University of New York at Geneseo in 2015. Dr. Murphy is a large animal doctor with a particular interest in production animal medicine (including dairy cattle, beef cattle and small ruminants) and cattle reproduction. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband Tom, be outside, particularly for biking and hiking. More indoor hobbies include reading and cooking.
Dr. Tim Roghair
Tim Roghair, DVM is a small animal veterinarian at the Becker and Foley Clinics. Originally from Mt. Lake, MN, Dr. Roghair graduated from the Univerisity of Minnesota and first came to work for MLVC in 1997. He became a clinic owner in 2007. Dr. Roghair especially enjoys small animal internal medicine and soft tissue surgery.

Sheena
Sheena joined our team in October 2018. She is a CVT who received her degree in Veterinary Technology with honors from MN School of Business in 2008. Her professional experiences are in emergency veterinary care, veterinary higher education, and retail pet store management. Sheena resides in Sartell with her husband, two sons, and cat. When she’s not at work, she enjoys golfing, crocheting, collecting agates, and watching hockey.

Heidi
Heidi Jo is originally from Dalbo, MN and graduated from Ogilvie High School. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from NDSU with an emphasis in equine science and completed an equine reproduction internship in Fort Collins, CO. She joined the Milaca clinic in 2018 and currently lives in Cambridge with her husband Jimmy, young son Quinten, 3 cats (Wiggles, Cali, Tipsy), 1 dog (Eli), and 3 horses (Silky, Annie, and Misty). Her hobbies include showing horses, hunting, camping and softball but her favorite pastime is spending time with her family.

Brandi
Brandi is a large animal technician who joined the Foley clinic in July 2018. She is from Wisconsin where both her grandparents were farmers.
She graduated from Kirkwood Community College in Iowa with an Associate of Arts degree (emphasis in Horse Science) and an Associate of Science degree in Veterinary Technology. Her favorite animals are dogs and horses and her interests include behavior & nutrition. She lives with her dog Riley, and cat Irish. Her hobbies include spending time outdoors, reading, baking, & video games.

Jessi
Jessi is a small animal veterinary technician with the Foley and Becker clinics. She joined MLVC in 2003 after graduating from Ridgewater College the same year. Jessi was raised on a dairy farm. She lives with her husband and two sons.
Pennie
Pennie is a small animal veterinary technician with the Foley clinic. She graduated from Ridgewater College in June 1997, and she joined MLVC in August of 1999. Pennie enjoys dental cleanings and lab work. She and her husband, David, run a farm near Pierz along with their three children. Pennie and her family raise chickens, beef and crops. They also have two labradors, four cats, and one horse.

Kaysha graduated from Argosy University in December of 2017. She interned with our team and was hired on as a technician after graduation. She loves working with animals and being able to see all different species. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Linda is a receptionist at the Foley clinic. Prior to joining the team here at MLVC in 2000, she and her husband farmed for 23 years. Linda enjoys her job and loves working with all her co-workers and doctors at MLVC. She has two grown children and six grandchildren who are a priority in her life.

Barb began with MLVC in 1998 as a receptionist and evolved into her current role that supports all three clinics. She and her husband own and operate a small beef farm near Foley. Barb also enjoys spending lots of quality time with her two miniature poodles, Kenzi and Sadie.
